We understand that many times our clients like to split visits between a sitter of ours and a friend or family member. Please note that if you (the client) allows any other person, whether it's a neighbor, friend, family member or repair person to enter your home during the time a RWP sitter is sitting for your pet(s), Raleighwood Pet Sitting cannot be held liable for any damages to property or pets. We are only liable if a sitter of Raleighwood Pet Sitting has sole access to your home and pets while you are away.

Nonetheless, we understand that you may still want to have someone other than one of our sitters help out while you're away. If this is the case, simply notify our office that there will be another person coming in and out of the house other than one of our sitters, notify your sitter (via RWP) and also notify anyone else with access to your home that a sitter from RWP will be there at the agreed upon service times so all parties are on the same page.
