How am I billed and when is it due?
Invoices are sent to you via email unless you have a credit card on file, in which case we will email an invoice upon request. Balances must be paid in full prior to pet care service. We accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We will not accept post-dated checks. If you have a credit card on file, your card will be automatically charged prior to the 1st visit of each pet care appointment. If you return early from a trip, you will be refunded in full for any un-used visits.
PAYMENT LATE FEE POLICY:
A 10% late fee will be applied to your invoice for every 7 days your Payment is Late. For example, if your payment is due on Monday 7/8 and is not received by 11:59 on Sunday 7/14, a 10% late fee will be applied to your bill. If payment is not received by 11:59 on Sunday 7/21 a 20% late fee will be applied to your bill. If payment is not received by 11:59 on Sunday 7/28 a 30% late fee will be applied to your bill. Please notify the billing department if you are sending a check by mail as that may delay payment & will not incur late fees due to mail delays. A payment that is not received within 60 days of your payment due date will automatically be sent to collections.
